We support adults experiencing a range of difficulties, including stress, pressure, anxiety, overwhelm and trauma responses. We focus on giving you a safe, welcoming space to explore and develop a deeper understanding, and connect you to strengths, skills and what matters to you. We take a whole human approach, drawing on evidence-based psychology models and mind-body approaches, to help you feel more resourced to navigate difficulties and move towards your preferred future.

We have specialist training and expertise with working with adults around a range of understandable mental health concerns, life stresses and transitions. We offer a safe, welcoming space to explore difficulties and psychological ideas to better understand your experiences and support you move towards your preferred future and what truly matters.
