For Professionals & Organisations: supervision, consultation and training

We have specialist training and expertise in leading teams, supervision and supporting professionals and organisations under stress, pressure and overwhelm. We draw on extensive experience as a clinical lead, evidence-based clinical psychology models, and body-mind approaches to support professionals and organisations to thrive. We offer bespoke training, supervision, consulting on mental health and wellbeing policies, and practical approaches informed by research. We use a whole human, collaborative and compassion focused approach, tailored to meet your specific needs and concerns.

Supervision & Mentoring

We have specialist training and years of expertise in supervising mental health practitioners, education practitioners with specialist interest in mental health, and psychologists. We offer mentoring for yoga teachers interested in integrating trauma-informed, research-based approaches into their practice and teaching, or adapting practice to meet specific populations.

Consultation and Training

We offer consultation and training to professionals and organisations on a range of mental health and wellbeing topics, including their mental health and wellbeing strategies, policies and practices. We draw on extensive clinical leadership experience, offering consultation across professions, teams, organisations and sectors, and work together with you to develop a bespoke training for teams. We have specialist expertise in trauma-informed, mind and body approaches that can offer practical ideas to support staff and help organisations to thrive. We also collaborate with organisations to offer wellbeing support packages.

Why work with us?

We have spent 15+ years dedicated to working with individuals, staff and value-based organisations across the public, charity and private sector. With increasing inequity and widening gaps in access to support, we support individuals, staff and organisations to access psychological ideas, skills and practices to reduce stress, pressure and overwhelm and promote psychological wellbeing. We work not only with individuals, we also work collaboratively with leaders and managers to develop and adapt mental health and wellbeing policies and practices for your team and organisation. We use a trauma-informed approach to increase access and equity.

How we can support you

  • Every child, family and parent system and individual is unique, and the type of support we need may differ too. Sometimes parents / families find a time-limited number of sessions (1-3) enough to help better understand a concern around their child, parenting or family, to connect to existing strengths and skills, and to signpost to any further coping resources they may want / need, to continue working towards.

  • These time limited sessions (1-3) provide a supportive space to talk about a specific concern or issue. Consultation sessions are brief, as the focus is on starting to make sense of experiences, rather than exploring difficulties in depth or ongoing therapy. My approach to consultation is warm and friendly, inviting everybody to feel listened to and understood - whether it is as a parent, couple or family. With 10+ years training and working as a clinical psychologist across the lifespan, and specialist training in parent, child, family and body-based therapy approaches, I draw on a range of tools to help us develop a formulation (or map) of experiences linked to your main concern, to build a shared understanding of struggles and strengths, and any support recommendations.

  • I am interested in understanding individuals and families within their unique context, supporting them to give voice to experiences and build their preferred futures. This might include (although not limited to) family culture, race, gender, sexuality, and unique intersections of identities. We might explore the wider social political contexts that impact on psychological wellbeing and mental health, including systems of power and oppression, dominant societal narratives (for example around parenting or motherhood) from a reflective, relational, critical and community psychology lens.
