Founded by Dr Chantell Douglas - Clinical Psychologist, Yoga Teacher & Therapist, Mindfulness Practitioner.
Mindful Yoga Psychology offers mind-body-nature based therapies for mental and physical wellbeing- grounded in research and science- for adults, parents and children. We integrate psychology models with the ancient wisdom of yoga, mindfulness and somatic approaches. We promote compassion-focused, holistic and socially just ways of working. We are dedicated to increasing access to high quality support- including free, low cost and varied offers. We work collaboratively with passionate and skilled practitioners, in ways that honour and help connect to our whole selves, and the wisdoms held in the body, mind and communities.
