THERAPEUTIC YOGA: holistic practices to promote psychological wellbeing: a 4 session introductory workshop with Dr Chantell Douglas

Join Chantell, an experienced clinical psychologist, yoga and mindfulness teacher, as she gently guides you through a series of four classes, beautifully designed to interweave mindful flow and restorative yoga with psychology ideas, with mindfulness and self-compassion practices to promote psychological wellbeing. The classes will include yoga, guided meditation, formal teaching, journaling and self-reflection. As each class builds on the next, it encourages you to develop a deeper awareness of your experiences and discover tools to promote wellbeing to take beyond the mat into your personal practice and life. This in person course includes: A truly special series of classes. Open to all levels and beginners.

The 4 classes will cover:

  1. Yoga for breath awareness

  2. Yoga for mindfulness

  3. Yoga for compassion

  4. Yoga for calm and balance

When: Thursday 23rd September - Thursday 14th October 2021 6.30-7.30pm
