Join Chantell, an experienced clinical psychologist, yoga and mindfulness teacher, as she gently guides you through a series of four classes, beautifully designed to interweave mindful flow and restorative yoga with psychology ideas, with mindfulness and self-compassion practices to promote psychological wellbeing. The classes will include yoga, guided meditation, formal teaching, journaling and self-reflection. As each class builds on the next, it encourages you to develop a deeper awareness of your experiences and discover tools to promote wellbeing to take beyond the mat into your personal practice and life.
