THERAPEUTIC YOGA COURSE +


Join Chantell, Senior Clinical psychologist, Yoga and Mindfulness practitioner, for a special series of therapeutic yoga classes. Chantell will gently guide you through four classes, beautifully designed to interweave mindful hatha yoga to promote rhythm, regulation and mindful awareness, restorative yoga and mindful self-compassion practices to promote psychological wellbeing. The classes will include yoga, breath work, mantra, guided meditation, formal teaching, journaling and self-reflection. As each class builds on the next, it encourages you to develop a deeper awareness of your experiences and wisdom, to discover tools to promote wellbeing to take beyond the mat into your personal practice and life. This course includes:

  • 4 x Therapeutic Yoga sessions led by Dr Chantell Douglas

  • A bonus Q&A session, reflective space and meditation to consolidate and close the workshops.

  • Resources to support your practice and journaling in between classes.

  • A recording will be available for 7 days after each class (if you can’t attend or want to repeat the practice during the week).

  • A recorded class for you to keep to continue your practice after the course ends.

When: Thursday 3rd November - Thursday 1st December 2022 | 8-9.30 PM. (Please note the Extra Q&A, Reflect and Rest Session will be offered on Thursday 1st December 8-9pm).

Where: Online - a Zoom link will be sent to you . A recording will be available for all classes for 7 days, including the bonus class.
