My Approach

I offer a range of nurturing body-based practices to integrate and promote psychological wellbeing for adults, parents, children and young people. My teaching explores the therapeutic aspects of yoga, integrating its ancient wisdom with modern science and psychology. I draw on specialist training and experience, including mindfulness, compassion and acceptance-based psychological approaches, within the comprehensive yoga framework of physical postures, meditation, breath-work and other mind-body-heart practices.

Practice with Me

Yoga and meditation sessions are open to all levels, from beginning students to qualified teachers, who want to cultivate tools for psychological wellbeing through yoga and meditation. I offer drop-in and private, individual or group, yoga and meditation classes and specialist workshops for adults, parents, organisations. I also offer ‘Wellbeing Packages’, tailored to your specific needs and context. Sessions are online, at your workplace or in East London spaces.
